Certiport IC³ Authorized Courseware Program

The IC³ Authorized Courseware Program is a quality assurance initiative designed to review and identify courseware products that specifically support Certiport's IC³ certification with a high level of quality and 100 percent correlation to the exams.

Currently, participation in the IC³ program is limited to select vendors who have agreed to partner with Certiport to advance the IC³ certification. If you are interested in participating, please Contact Us.

ProCert Labs is the exclusive quality review laboratory for IC³ training products. ProCert Labs reviews courseware, curriculum and training products to assure rigid standards of quality.

ProCert Labs specifically reviews IC³ training materials for the following:

1. Content covers all IC³ exam objectives considered current by Certiport on the date the product is submitted for review;

2. Content contains at least one interactive element, such as review questions, exercises, quizzes, or labs;

3. Content engages multiple learning styles, including at least one of the following: drawings, photographs, diagrams, or exercises, so as to reach multiple learning styles such as the visual learner, the hands-on learner, etc.;

4. Content includes customer satisfaction components including the following:

a. Certiport Customer Service Representative email address and certiport URL;
b. Text explaining the version or date of the Certiport objectives the content was created for;
c. Text stating which quality measurements were checked for approval.
