ProCert Labs' reputation is squarely shouldered by our top-notch review team.

Each ProCert Labs reviewer has more than two years’ experience in Instructional Design and demonstrates specific experience with subject matter types similar to that being tested under their responsibility. Our reviewers are experienced leaders in their field, understand instructional design theory and comprehend Information Technology.

Importantly, each ProCert Labs reviewer holds a degree in Instructional Design, and is certified in an information technology. We require this of our reviewers to ensure that they can deliver the quality and consistency for which our reviews are revered.

Reviewers are organized in a hierarchy that helps ProCert Labs management identify reviewers for reviews based on availability, experience and performance.

The hierarchy is based on three tiers; Core, Backup and OverFlow. The Core team is comprised of five members who are highly skilled and have committed to an increased level of availability and dedication to ProCert Labs testing.

Our Backup team is comprised of reviewers who are also very skilled and who have committed to giving ProCert Labs priority contract time. Our Overflow team is comprised of additional reviewers who hold special expertise in language abilities and instructional design experience. The Backup team is committed to providing reviews within required time requirements.

All ProCert Labs reviewers are contracted to provide testing services for ProCert Labs on a project-by-project basis. Each reviewer has signed a non-disclosure agreement with ProCert Labs and is committed to work under extreme confidentiality and integrity.
