Russell C. Rasmussen has over 10 years experience in the IT industry. He has taught at the university level and for the last several years has been directly involved in the design, development and evaluation of instruction content and technology. Mr. Rasmussen has also been influential in developing and implementing theories for the new frontier of web-based instruction. Mr. Rasmussen holds a BA degree and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Instructional Psychology and Technology at Brigham Young University.
